After a few weeks in LA, I took off back to Miami. I didn’t want to spend Thanksgiving alone for the second year in a row. I landed in Miami and from the moment I got there I had the best time. I was going out a lot but, being responsible. That wasn’t how I used to behave in Miami. I was wilder when I was younger. I also looked at homes in Miami hoping to move there. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING was available. I’m so picky. I looked from Coral Gables to Sunny Isles and didn’t find one place I loved. The days just passed by. I kept thinking “I need to work. I need to talk to the people. Attend to my business.” I felt myself becoming more private and closed off. I kept asking myself why I was feeling so blocked. My real life was really happy and fun but, why didn’t I feel like jumping on here and sharing it all with you?! From the moment I launched my website, it’s been non-stop DEEP emotional honesty. I gave you guys ALL of me very fast. I didn’t know that I would hit a wall or just need to take a minute to myself. I didn’t realize it would emotionally drain me. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if being so real and open is so easy then why isn’t everyone doing it? It’s fucking hard. I’m judged for everything I’ve shared on here. Yes, my supporters and members love this platform but, I’ve gotten a lot of hate behind the scenes. Some people don’t understand it, while others are simply jealous they can’t do it. By January, just after the most amazing New Year's Eve, it really started to confuse me as to what to do with Still That Bitch and which city I was going to live in. All I had to do was share with you how I was feeling, and you would understand but, I couldn’t seem to get it on paper. After being locked inside for 8 months, all of a sudden I’m out making up for lost time, really enjoying myself. I felt liberated to live life after all the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19. I went to Tulum for the first time. It was a really short trip because of the weather. Only 2 nights, then to Cabo all while wondering why I had no interest in documenting/blogging any of it. At the same time, I would constantly think about how I wanted this platform to evolve. How I can be interesting without always being so deep/emotional and without gossip/drama. Im getting older and it’s normal to change and grow. I’m not going to become some makeup blogger tomorrow but, maybe I ease my way into all different lighter posts, not just deep difficult topics.
At the end of January, I went back to LA and back to work. I started working on the next 3 drops for STB Apparel, designing my next swim collection with LANIMAL, and shooting my new bodysuit collection that comes out in 2 weeks. STB Apparel production got all backed up do to the pandemic. I was stressed but determined to stay focused. I also started looking for a new house in LA which was also nearly impossible. Again, I’m just way too picky. I’m going to have to build a house if I ever want it to be perfect for me. Anyway, I was working and looking at houses every day while trying to figure out why my brain had no interest in jumping on here and posting. Literally, nothing would come to mind. It was constant confusion. I guess writer's block really is a thing? Or am I just happy in real life and for once can relax? I don’t know but, it felt very irresponsible. I’ve already put myself out there so what’s the big deal, right? I want to change direction while still being myself. I want to give you guys lighter topics mixed with more positivity. When I launched in 2020 it was the beginning of the mess the world was about to be. We had no idea what the fuck was going on. A year later, here we are and I’m beyond grateful. This website kept me connected and eager in a time of uncertainty. You all know “wild fun” Morgan, but there’s a lot more to me. The world needs more love and laughter. Positivity and hope. I’ll be spending the next few weeks moving and getting settled. These posts take usually take 18-24 hours, sometimes days with pictures and blah blah. I want to give you guys more now that I’ve had this platform for a year and see how much you guys really appreciate connecting with me. I want to be able to have a private life and still share myself with you. So, I want to know, what would YOU like to see more of? Pictures? Video? Topics? Beauty? Fashion? Giveaways? Should I incorporate a “Chat With Me” feature so you guys can connect with me even more. Ask questions about beauty/life and get advice? I think it would be really fun. I’m open to all suggestions. I promise I won’t disappear like that again lol. On one hand I felt guilt and, on the other, I felt real life peace and happiness. I just needed to balance it all and I suck at that. Work in progress. I know one thing for sure, I enjoy this platform and only want it to grow. Let me know in the comments below 🤍 and thank you for still being here, supporting me through it all.

Welcome back :) first off: to anyone who reached out to you in a rude way asking where you’ve been and you’ve changed are inhumane and I’m so sorry you received those messages. You’re human just like the rest of us, we have our ups and downs. Some days productive and some days not so much so please do not apologize for your absence. As a day 1 follower, this is what makes you the unique influencer on Instagram. You’re not “fake”. You don’t have a manager or assistant behind your account writing things for you or posting stories solely for “entertainment” and to keep your page “active and engaged.” Whoever is following you just for that are following you for the wrong reasons. I am aware you are not like that and that’s why I love following you, it’s like following a friend I’ve known forever :) keep it up and please don’t change that. So I was hesitant to share this but TRUE STORY: so a few weeks ago I stayed at Wynn in Las Vegas and went to Chanel. It was my birthday and I bought a few things for myself — super fun! Anyways, around that time, you had just recently posted a pic of yourself wearing these Chanel hoop-like earrings. When I saw them on you I was like damn I need these. I was telling my good friend and SA Chris at Chanel at Wynn in Vegas about these earrings on you.. I showed him your pic with you wearing them and he said he believes/knows he’s seen you before in his store. I got the earrings btw.. but I wanted to let you know that every time I wear them it reminds me to always be THAT bitch and in order to be THAT bitch it takes a lot of guts, time, and trials in life to do so. Being THAT bitch is definitely a title that’s earned and not just given to any body. You’re truly an inspiration and I’m definitely rooting for you girl.. you’ve come a long way and I’m so proud of you. Keep being you because you’re inspiring so many. You’ve definitely inspired me. :)
I’d love to hear some business stories. I think it’s hard when you’re a creator & it’s your life sometimes it feels “boring / uninteresting” to us, but people love it, it doesn’t have to be drama to be interesting. Sometimes simplicity is what people love the most! Whatever flows and feels authentic to you is what you should post. Don’t worry about others ❤️
